Most of the staff was kind and caring excusing the few bad apples. There were a lot of spiders and ants in the room and we did not have a tv. But they do allow you to keep your phone at all times with cameras covered and your vape after detox. In detox you are kept comfortable. I just took my meds and slept for 4 days and boy did I need that rest! The worst part was that I was told they took Medicaid then told they don’t. Then told they will take both of my insurances and that they were on my file to later find out only my primary was on there. The consistency here isnt the best. My whole stay someone would tell me something and another the exact opposite. But other than that I would say it was a nice stay. Also nurse Kendra in meds was so joyful.
